Philco TB100HH9 Pros & Cons

I recently purchased the Philco TB100HH9 and must admit that I am very satisfied with it. It has allowed me significantly enhance my television viewing experience for just a couple bucks.
If you are interested in getting this dtv converter box I suggest that you get it. For your convenience I have made a list of what I believe are the Pros and Cons of the Philco TB100HH9 digital to analog tv converter box.
Pros:
-Easy setup
-Ability to autoscan or manually set channels
-Comes with a remote control
-Equipped with analog pass-through
-Cheap price
-Excellent picture quality
-Signal strength meter for channel tuning
Cons:
-RF potentially dies
-Hard to reach Access HD for customer service
